I reserve the right to post your finished artwork in my gallery for any reason.

I reserve the right to decline any project or client for any reason.

I reserve the right to refund you the full amount paid if I no longer wish to work on your project for any reason.

I have the right to charge additional fees for complicated details and designs.

Workflow

Waitlist: If your piece is not actively being worked on, you are considered as being "on the waitlist." During this period, you are free to make changes to your commission form or concept, or drop yourself from the waitlist. I do NOT take payments from people on the waitlist. I must have started actively working on your piece before receiving payment.

Initial checks apply for the following commissions: Chibi A, Chibi B, Full Render

Current Client: Once I collect payment from you, you are no longer able to request changes to commission type (e.g. chibi to illustration). Turnaround time can range anywhere between a couple of weeks to 3 months. Please inform me if you have a specific deadline before making the request so I can determine whether or not I am able to take the commission. If I, the artist, exceed 3 months in delivering the commission, a full refund is eligible up until the product is delivered. All reviews can be left on the pinned post of @gloriium_cms.

NOTE FOR MERCH COMMISSIONS: The same workflow does not apply to these commissions as several factors may lead to extended wait times.

USING MY ART FOR AI, NFT, OR REPRODUCTION PURPOSES IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

You, the Client, will be expected to first read my TOS.

You may not claim my work as your own.

You may use the artwork for personal use.

You reserve the right to print or create an otherwise physical reproduction of the artwork as long as it is for your PERSONAL use only (ie. NOT for sale).

You may not use the Artwork for redistribution or external projects, commercial or non-commercial

You are NOT authorized to trace over my Artwork in any way, including the use of the artwork as a “base.” Password: Message Tape

Any harassment in an attempt to bargain for a commission (a ‘slot’) is not tolerated.

By commissioning me, you are purchasing my service as an artist only.
